This exciting new project will be constructed using a cross laminated timber frame and has been design to the Passivhaus Standard. This places sustainability at the forefront of the new buildings design and will create a healthy learning environment for the Thornhill pupils. The incorporation of sustainable construction materials and the importance of whole life costing is demonstrated throughout the building with features such as; improved thermal comfort and excellent indoor air quality, in addition to it’s awe-inspiring architectural design

Fish Island is a unique collaboration by Hill and Peabody comprising stunning 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Designed and built with the industrial heritage in mind, Fish Island Village will create a lively and vibrant canal-side community, with the added benefit of an exclusive gym, concierge and limited underground parking to selected apartments

This scheme of works, split across two phases involves; the design and build reconfiguration and refurbishment of existing Hertfordshire NHS Trust facility in St Albans. The works included refurbishment and fit-out to reception and waiting areas, as well as consultancy rooms and admin spaces.

The second phase included the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the children’s centre facilities across a number of floors.

Offering up to 1,300 new homes and facilities including Jubilee Square; which will be home to Marleigh Primary Academy, the community Hangar building, and so much more.
