We are proficient in all construction methods and offer a tailor-made Technical Audit service.  Visits are be conducted at specific stages. 

​We report to you actual and potential defects, highlight these areas on-site drawings, referencing recognized guidance and approved documentation to provide a comprehensive report designed to help on-site teams improve their understanding of the issues. 

• Can run for the length of the project or be a one-off visit to focus on a key stage.
• Are coordinated in line with a given project program.
• Highlight where compliance with Building Regulations and the Approve Documents are not met for that stage of work.
• Highlight potential areas of concern from warranty providers.

There tends to be three aspects to the triangle of completing work.  Time, cost and quality and in that order.  We can advise strategies to maintain quality without impacting on the time, and remaining cost effective. Whilst the architect is responsible for the design and the drawings are checked by Building Control, items are often incorrectly designed, specified or difficult to build. These three things contribute to defects on site.  Even where things are simple to construct, contractors often fail to follow guidance or drawings to provide the product that is required.
