It provides a snapshot of how the construction is being carried out allows for potential defects to be identified prior to them being encapsulated in the building and becoming a latent defect. Having problems diagnosing the cause of a problem? You provide us with the details and we can advise you of the methods and procedure of investigating. We use endoscope and thermal imaging cameras to assist us in the building pathology.

We can inspect your properties before the tenants move in and provide you with a photographic report within 3 days of completing the work on site. The report can then be used to instruct the builder to carry out remedial works prior to occupation. This will save you money on maintenance and dealing with unhappy tenants. And if there are less than 5 items that do not comply we will not charge you for the inspection on that property. You may choose to use the rates quoted for home owners where single properties are inspected.
